Where God Has Placed You

Scripture: Colossians 3:23–24

Paul’s vision reaches beyond our homes and into our daily work and responsibilities. A job can easily become merely a way to make money, gain recognition, or achieve personal security. School can become simply a place to get what we need for ourselves. But a renewed mind sees these places differently.

God has placed us among people for a reason. Our workplaces, schools, neighborhoods, and ordinary responsibilities are places where we can serve and bless others. We don’t have to wait for a dramatic opportunity to make a difference. Doing our work faithfully, treating people with dignity, showing patience, offering encouragement, and reflecting Christ’s care can all be ways God works through us.

Prayer:
God of mercy, thank You for the places and people You have entrusted to me. Help me see my daily responsibilities as opportunities to serve. Make me attentive to the people around me and willing to be a blessing wherever You have placed me. Amen.
